Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The selected candidates will be involved in the marketing of a wide range of projects from medium cost to high-end prestigious residential developments.
4. REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATORS
Responsibilities:
- Listing of properties.
- Sourcing of potential clients for listed properties.
- Sourcing of new business opportunities for the company.
- Chance to participate in project marketing as well as property auctions.
Requirements for position 3 & 4:
- Dynamic, outgoing and hardworking individuals who relish challenges.
- Experience in sales and marketing of properties and office leasing experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Self motivated and possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good networking skills and a team player.
- Possess own transport.
