SR CHIENG YU TANG is the Director of Henry Butcher Malaysia (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd.

He is:

• a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent & Property Manager with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)
• a Fellow of RISM (Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia).

With over 30 years experience, he has been involved in various valuation exercises encompassing oil palm plantations, development projects, hotels, hospitals and plated forest for banks, corporate clients as well as for submissions to the Securities Commission. He has vast experience in project management, valuation, marketing, estate agency, auction, consultancy and feasibility studies.

He holds a BSc. (Honours) in Housing, Building and Planning, and an RISM Professional Diploma in General Practice.
