This is the second year that a budget has been presented under the dark clouds of the Covid-19 pandemic and the government’s focus is not surprisingly, centered on rebuilding the economy which has been badly battered by the pandemic, besides curbing the spread of the dreaded disease and taking care of the safety and health of the citizens.
