As an added service to our clients, we take away the hassle of property ownership by providing, in addition to rental services, an app based rental management service:
Collection of rentals and banking into clients’ account
Liaising with tenants on their requests and complaints
Attending to tenants’ complaints and requests for repairs and arranging for contractors to carry out repairs as approved by the landlords.
Payment of monthly maintenance charges, utility bills, property taxes and other outgoings
Providing a monthly statement on the financial position of the client in relation to the property. Clients can also check their status anytime via the app.
