Botanik Point offers a rare freehold sanctuary in Ampang
According to Henry Butcher Malaysia’s residential outlook, while transaction volumes have moderated, property values continue to show resilience, particularly for well-positioned developments.

“Residential overhang remains largely concentrated in the high-rise segment, reinforcing stronger demand for landed homes. Meanwhile, projects offering limited unit supply, eco-friendly features and distinctive concepts are expected to sustain stronger market interest,” said Henry Butcher Real Estate chief operating officer Tang Chee Meng.

Despite being given the green light to build 108 homes, the developer chose to design Botanik Point as a low-density project with 46 homes, allowing for the site to prioritise livability, exclusivity and privacy.

Set to launch this June with completion expected within 24 months, special previews can now be arranged for this limited-unit development. For more information, visit its sales gallery at Lot 1019, Jalan Kasawari, Taman Ulu Kelang, Ampang or call 03-4161 6703 or 0111-0886862.
